AI assistant

The Statance AI assistant: ask questions about your infrastructure and get automatic incident investigations.

The assistant is an AI agent with tools over your Statance data — the same tools exposed by the MCP server. Open it from Assistant in the dashboard (/app/assistant).

What it can do

• Answer questions about servers, metrics, monitors and incidents.
• Compare servers and spot trends (“which server’s memory is growing?”).
• Create, pause and resume monitors when you ask.

It cannot run commands on your servers or change billing or account settings.

Automatic incident investigation

On Pro and Business, every new incident is investigated automatically: the assistant reviews the failing checks, the related server’s metrics around the start time and the top processes, then attaches a short summary of the likely cause. You’ll see it on the incident and via ai_summary in the API.

Limits

Free: 10 messages/day · Pro: 300 messages/day · Business: 2000 messages/day

Privacy

The assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. Your data is only used to answer your requests and is not used for training.
