Pricing FAQ
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Sign up with an email address and start monitoring. Upgrade only when you need more.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens if I go over my server limit?
Existing servers keep reporting. New servers beyond the limit are not added until you upgrade or remove one.
What counts as a monitor?
Each HTTP, keyword, JSON, TCP, DNS, SSL or heartbeat check counts as one monitor, regardless of how many regions it runs from.
How does metric retention work?
Server metrics are stored at one-minute resolution for your plan’s retention period. Daily uptime history for monitors is kept for 400 days on every plan.
I’m moving from Nixstats — which plan do I need?
Count your servers and website checks: up to 3 servers and 10 monitors fit the free plan; Pro covers 25 servers and 75 monitors.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing → Manage subscription. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period, then move to Free.
