What we collect

• Account data: email address, name (optional) and a hashed password.
• Server data from the agent: hostname, OS and hardware details, resource metrics, disk mount points, network interface names and top process names and arguments.
• Monitor data: the URLs and hosts you configure and the results of checks.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer ID, not card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service: store and chart your metrics, run checks, send alerts and bill you. The AI assistant processes your monitoring data on Cloudflare Workers AI only to answer your requests; it is not used to train models.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV and Durable Objects). Metrics are deleted after your plan’s retention period.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to run the Service (Cloudflare, Stripe, and the notification providers you choose), or when required by law.

Your rights

You can export data via the API and delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies.
