Create an incoming webhook
In Slack, create an app (or use an existing one), enable Incoming Webhooks and add a webhook to your channel.
Paste the URL
Add a recipient in Statance and paste the https://hooks.slack.com/services/… URL into the Slack field.
Test it
Click Test on the recipient to post a sample message.
