Email Server Alerts
Email is the default channel: every account can send alerts to any address. Each alert includes what broke, when it started and a link to the incident, and a second email when it recovers.
Set up Email
Add a recipient
Go to Recipients → New recipient and fill in an email address.
Attach it
Select the recipient on your monitors and alert rules.
Send a test
Use the Test button to confirm delivery and check your spam folder once.
