Set up Telegram
Start the bot
Open the Statance bot (linked from the Recipients page) and press Start so it is allowed to message you.
Find your chat ID
Message @userinfobot to get your numeric chat ID. For a group, add the Statance bot to the group and use the group’s ID (it starts with -100).
Add it to a recipient
Paste the chat ID into the Telegram field.
